Marge brings a diverse background and a depth of experience in management, business development, and consulting in the manufacturing, service and corporate sectors.  Marge earned her bachelors degree from the University of Detroit, has completed Career Management Certification, and has gained operational experience at an international manufacturing division of Ingersoll-Rand.  Most of her career, however, has focused on leadership development services.

 

In her previous role, Marge was responsible for all aspects of the Masters Forum, a nationally recognized leadership development program offered through Plante & Moran, a large accounting and consulting firm.  In this capacity, she worked closely with CEOs and senior level executives of many major companies.  She also served as Vice President of the Career Self Reliance Group at Outplacement International in Troy, Michigan, where she was responsible for the program development, marketing sales and training for Troy and Ann Arbor offices. Prior to this, she founded Corporate Child Care Management, a consulting firm designed to assist employers meet the childcare needs of their employees.

 

Marge is based in Metro Detroit, and is actively involved in he business community.  For the past ten years she chaired both the Management Roundtable and the Senior Executive Roundtable for the Michigan Chapter of Exec-u-net, and organization of business professionals. She is currently serving on the Board of Governors for the southeast Michigan ClubCorp.  She was co-editor of the WWJ Great Lakes HR Now E-newsletter.  Marge has also served on the board of the Michigan Metro Girl Scouts.

Denise has an extensive background in human resources management, leadership development, career counseling and professional coaching. For over twenty years she has worked with leaders and teams to help them achieve their organizational and professional goals. Her strong intuitive sense coupled with her engaging coaching style empowers leaders to conceive new possibilities and implement them into strategic actions.

Denise has coached and advised managers, directors and senior executives within various organizations. Denise helps leaders to surpass the ordinary and to achieve excellence with integrity, compassion and quality.

 

Her coaching experience has focused primarily on large health care organizations, higher education and government including The Detroit Medical Center, Health Alliance Plan (HAP), Henry Ford Health System, Wayne State University and state government.

 

 

Leadership Experience

Denise has held a number of leadership and management positions in human resources, and organizational development. While at Henry Ford Health System, she developed a Minority and Women Mentoring Program, matching front-line supervisors with senior level executives, which received national and local recognition.
